Agree with Tine and waspeze. If the amount you are paying is lower than CCCS suggest then it will take you longer to get debt free, especially as you are paying a fee to a commercial company as well.
In going to CCCS you are, I would have thought, looking to off load your debts cheaply and quickly.
From your posts it looks as if you still want the odd night on the town in preference to paying off your debt, which is fine, but understand that it will take you longer[strike]Debt @ LBM 04/07 £14,804[/strike]01/08 [strike]£10,472[/strike]now debt free:j

im just going by what i was told like ive said i cant find anything about so i dont know where they got it from but i just dont want to go into a agreement and if they were working for the creditors for then to be told in a few months i had to start paying more0

Rest assured, they do not "work for" any creditors. They are very supportive, and will only put forwards to your creditors what you can afford to pay. You will have periodic reviews, but if your financial state hasn't changed then neither will your payments to CCCS.LBM: 14.01.08 - Debt at 25.04.08: £7420.925.06.10: 3200.00 :T I'm over half way there!!! :j

hiya
ive just had my 2nd yearly review with CCCS and the budget they set me is far greater than what i had to struggle on before i started with them
theyve always been very helpful with me and even suggested that i lower my payments as everythings gone up but ive been plodding on nicely for the last 2 years and dont want to rock the boat so am keeping it as it is
starting a DMP with CCCS is the best thing ive ever done in dealing with my debtsDebts @ 10/03/08 15333.75
