Buy off ebay or ebuyer; cheap as chips.
You should get another 1GB and make sure its 3200 as putting memory sticks in which have different speeds; means they will drop to the lowest speed.
You will need to check what motherboard you have and what capacity of memory it can take before you buy.
To make life easier for you; choose from this list here: http://www.ebuyer.com/cat/Memory---Desktop/subcat/DDR-3200-1GB
As I say; just make sure your motherboard can support 2GB before you buy.0 -
Thanks

Is this a PC or laptop?
Either way, the ebuyer price is not that keen.
Better prices here;
For PC; 23.49 inclusive of postage
For a Laptop; It is more expensive at 33.49 inclusive of postage.0 -
Should i buy 2 of these http://www.funkygiraffe.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=43_23_28&products_id=34&osCsid=ed9bff4a3d83857837a5ec851c2021c6
or should i buy 1 of these http://www.funkygiraffe.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=43_23_27&products_id=38 As the 2 DRR2 are cheaper than one DDR. My computer can only have a max of 2 gb.0 -

you need to be careful here as they are different types of memory and may not run successfully with your existing ram
Also only a few mainboards can do both ddr and ddr2 memory, double check if yours is one of them
Also double check your mainboard manual for details like can it do "dual channeling" and can it support ddr and ddr2 memory together, that may be a problem as they run at different voltagesclick here to achieve nothing!0
