Does anyone know if I can still reclaim the charges if the debt has been sold to a collection agency???????????

i hope sosm as i am in the same boat; have sent letter to original card co, and the 'buyers'..

Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
Sometimes seen lurking on the compers forum :-)
