hi all
i am looking for a converting tool that i can use to convert avi and divx files to amv files that i can play on a mp3/mp4 player (not an ipod)
i have tried a couple of things one was mp3 player utilities 3.57 and the other was on the disc that came with the player but they seem to need Quicktime to handle the files and then i get an error saying Quicktime does not reckognise the file, i have also looked on www. videohelp. but could not find what i needed, any help would be appriciated.

It's easy when you are in the know. I wish Windows would do something like that so you could work your way around a computer.:o0
