Overdraft to credit card

I've just been reading about the credit card shuffle. I've an existing Barclaycard credit card with not much on it but a £5000 limit. I want to move a debt from another CC to the cheaper rate. I also have a bank account with Barclays but am currently up to my limit (and over) on my overdraft.
Is it possible to take advantage of the cheap interest rate and move my OD onto the card aswell?

After further research, it looks like it's not possible, unless I use an Egg card and switch things around.0
