Does anyone remember an ovaltine chocolate bar? or did i dream it??
Yes! I remember them, too. My nan used to buy them for me when I went round. So yummy!:EasterBun
They still sell them in Switzerland (or Germany) and you can buy them over the internet. I was so close to doing that, but couldn't justify the cost of P&P!

Great recipes!
How about adding ovaltine to make a milkshake. Eg with chocolate ice-cream and maybe a banana.Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

Sorry to hijack, but just a quick question - is Ovaltine the same/similar to Horlicks? I tried looking on the net but beyond finding out that they're both malty I couldn't work out if they're similar enough to interchange ... is Ovaltine chocolatey? I bought some Horlicks thinking I liked it (I think now it was Ovaltine I used to like lol) and I wondered if I could use that in these recipes. If not, does anyone have any suggestions as the tub is sat in my cupboard and it's making me feel guilty now, I need to use it up0
