Looking to remortgage soon-advice please

Coming to end of 2 yr tie in with Portman BS.
Been offered 4.75% deal(1.75% discount) with £299 fee.
Have to keep to a 18 yr term(originally was 20) or pay £50 to change term length.
£175 fee if I move mortgage to elsewhere

Any advice out there?

Looking for a discounted rate deal- ideally 2 yr tie in.

There are indeed better deals out there to be had - as usual, it all depends on personal circusmtances as to whether you are eligible for the schemes

As mentioned by herbiesjp "as usual, it all depends on personal circumstances as to whether you are eligible for the schemes" and a whether a scheme is right for you.
