ICICI Web Access

Options
Has anybody tried to access their ICICI account(s) today. I have been having problems all day with the screens freezing (on 2 PC's) so I guess it is a problem at ICICI web hosting.

I have had problems like this before with ICICI and I think I may pull my money out and to somewhere where they invest in their infrastructure to cope with demand.

  • I can't access their website either.

I also haven't been able to login for the last week, kept being told i had an incorrect password (i know it was right), I reset the password and can't login with that either..maybe thats related?

Just spoke to a friend who is also having problems. He told me that he did managed to get in after trying for 30-minutes and ICICI appear to have changed their web pages. He said that he could no longer find an option to log out!!!

This is really bad and ICICI should be brought to task over what is currently happening.

Just logged on - the site is very slow, but the log out link is available as usual.
  • After going through the PW change fiasco, new one didn't work. Got one in the mail today (took 7 days) - it didn't work, in addition to web problems. Phoned to transfer money: went through the long process only to be told the guy's computer went down and would I call again. They couldn't even transfer the phone call. After calling back they wanted to charge me £20 for a quick transfer. Closed account. Never again.

I thought it was finger trouble. Just received a new password today after being frozen out last week. Exactly the same problem. Just requested another one.

  • It appears that ICICI have two web sites with two different log in sections.

I tried logging in at ICICIBank.com and kept being told my ID or Password was incorrect. I then googled HISAVE account and was presented with a different website for ICICI on which I was able to log in using the same ID and password that I had tried on the other site.

    Anyone else had this experience.
