A couple of weeks ago I bought a gift set for my friends birthday from Lush, after a few days she realised that one of the items was missing from the box. I emailed the customer service department and received a reply to say they were very sorry and could they have my address so that they could send my friend a replacement.
I've just received a box (only sent them my address yesterday!) and inside was the item that was missing plus 2 extra items, a bath melt and a honey I washed the kids HUGE chunk of soap! (needless to say I'm keeping the 2 extras :rotfl:)
So thumbs up to Lush, love their stuff anyway but was impressed to receive extras despite telling them in my original email that I hadn't even kept the receipt!

On one of their special online advents they had missed out 2 of the 100ml special shower gel so I rang up and they sent out 2 500ml ones for me
They are fab at fixing problemsNeeding to lose weight start date 26 December 2011 current loss 60 pound Down. Lots more to go to get into my size 6 jeans0
