Abbey isa

i have done a search and cannot find any info, please point me in the right direction or move me if i am in the wrong place.

Whilst looking for the best ISA this week i found the abbey advertising 10% interest so popped in, you have to put the same in another account with them, they briefly showed me a guaranteed rate one of 5% for 3 years or 20% for 6 years but could get more,
is this seen as a good account?
my husband and i have the full amount waiting for the right ISA and £14,000 also to invest so this is an option for us, we do not need the money in the foreseeable future.

I have an appointment with them in a couple of weeks.
Thanks in advance for any help.
