You're entitled to ring them! You've emailed and not had a reply. You shouldn't have to chase them, but unfortunately these days it seems to be the norm.
Be polite but firm. Whenever I ring people for things like this ('business' type calls) I always have a pad and pen handy and jot down roughly what I'm going to say, that way I don't get tongue-tied and get my point across.

ETA: well done! So you have to wait 38 days in effect? That's downright rude. I don't understand how they can set T&C's then just do what they feel like.

Thanks - i did that and got his name and asked if he was who i needed to call if it doesn't arrive in the next 10 days!

I am just annoyed as i really need the money!!! As i splashed out on a few treats thinking i'd have that to last the month and it never arrived!

Think I might try & ring Mpora sometime today now! Grrrrrrrrrrr! Its nearly 3 (!!!!) months now! Not that any of us should have to chase comp wins.....thats not what its about! x

ETA: Cant find number....emailed again! Telling them I find them rather rude!!! x

I won at the same time as Katiekittykat and have not received my cheque or a reply to my email. Interested to see if phoning makes a difference.:rolleyes:

Give them a call. If we both do it they might get their bums into gear! Someone else won it too on 14th and they PM'ed me i told them to call too!

I phoned today on the landline number that came with the winning email and spoke to "David" apparently there is a backlog and the cheques should be sent soon.
He said to wait until next week and if I hadn't received them to call back. (He's probably on holiday next week lol)
I gave my name and asked if I could confirm he had the right address for me and without telling him he gave my address straight back so that to me is a good sign.

Fingers crossed it will arrive next week....seeing as this is the only comp I have won all year I'm not going to forget about it :rotfl:

I'll keep you guys updated.
