I won £200 with Metro on 12th March, (the brain teaser thing) they said my cheque would be here is 28 days and it isn't? I have emailed them and no reply!
What do i do? April has been a looong month and i really need the money!!!!

Have they got a phone number? A direct approach could work, but also email again.
This page has all their contact details but not sure which one would be suitable. Pick a number and ring it I guess.

I don't think it's rude at all to ring and remind them. After all, they were the ones who said you would have it within 28 days so all you're doing is letting them know it hasn't arrived. It could be lost in the post for all anyone knows. That was scary - they are calling me back!!!
I had to explain which comp it was and the prize etc.
They said that if the cheque has not been raised yet could take another 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!
They said to call again if not arrived within 10 working days!
