The Hunger Site etc - How many clicks count?

I have The Hunger site set as my home page to remind me to click everyday when I log on. I understand that only one click per day counts but does anyone know if I follow the tabs on the page that link to other sites - breast cancer, child health, animal welfare etc - does one click per day count on each of those or is it only the first click that counts? Currently I go through them clicking away but have no idea whether it does any good or not

I also do it everyday, after each click to a different charity it says click counted, or something to that effect. So hopefully they all count.0
