in House buying, renting & selling
Couple of questions:

1) As a first time buyer is it worth buying a place or to continue renting for a bit longer?

2) Does anyone know any good websites for property auctions/repossessions?

    Which area are you looking at?
    How much of a deposit do you have?
    What is your disposable income?
    What type of property are you looking to get?

    These are just some of the questiong you need to answer before you can assess your questions.

    Have a look through the board. These questions have been raised many a time

    Average prices are droppping by nearly £500 a week.

    Prices have dropped 5% since the start of the year.
