Customer Escalation Department tel no in BG?
Hi all, received a letter from BG said they tried to call me but unable to speak to me!! My phone was stay on 24/7 and no miss call at all!
However they gave me an 08459 555 703 number,
just want to know if anyone got a Geographical number which is free to call from my mobile?
Also will be very appreciate if you can give me some advice,
my electric meter seems goes very fast then it should be! I used 3000 over the last 2 month... it should be around 300 only:mad:

are you an all electric household OP? (i.e. no gas)
has someone left the immersion heater on 24/7?
You say the meter has gone fast - is this from your own readings or a BG reading/estimate?
