Ongoing issue with WTC - what to do next

Put a claim in last October, apparently confused the system as I was a child then claiming independently in the same tax year. Finally got this sorted at the Tax Office in January, escalated the claim with a Team Leader in March - they don't answer the direct line I was given or return messages.
What do I do now?

Hello Gemmzie,
Are you claiming ctc or wtc or both? What are your circumstances? Single claim/joint claim?0 -

Have you tried calling the helpline direct rather than the TL? With opening hours of 8-8 7 days, diff shift patterns to suit, leave, sick etc unless you have a case worker at TCO (which is unlikely) the TL cant do any more than the helpline staff, if not happy with the helpline response you can always ask to speak to another TL.

I have a case worker because it's been going on so long. They do not answer their direct line or return calls. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Hello Gemmzie,
It sounds like TCO have put a compliance marker against your claim whilst they confirm your details, for exemple DLA, work details and income. More than likely the checks have come back fine but they are waiting to remove the marker which is stopping the claim processing/going into payment. I know it's not much of a consilation but all monies will be backdated to the day they recieved your application and upto a further 3 months subject to eligibility/entitlement.

I had two compliance markers - one being my employment PAYE code which was mistyped by an advisor, which the Tax Office solved, and the other that I was a child (parents claiming for me) and an adult (claiming myself) in the same tax year and they changed that too.
This was in February. I really need this money. No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
These are verification failures not compliance markers.
You will not be made aware of a compliance marker, you will only know if the start writing to you to provide a lot more detailed information.0 -
Ah right. Well no, I've had nothing at all in the post. Any suggestions what to do?No longer using this account for new posts from 20130

Speak to your MP if you can and write a letter of complaint to the processing office.
