British Gas Paperless Billing

2 years ago I decided to register with Bristish Gas as a Paperless Bill customer. This meant that I would no longer receive my bills in the post but would be notified on-line when a new bill was ready to view & print off if required. As a reward for saving paper, customers would receive £5 off their bill each year. If you have your gas & electricity with them & register for paperless billing you will save £5 off each utility each year. If you have registered for this DO double check that you are properly registered as there is a blip in their system. Their computer had forgotten to pay me for 2 years & although I had completed all the on-line forms to register both my gas & electricity & had an e.mail to confirm everything was set up, again the computer hadn't registered me!! Apparently I'm "1 in 10,000 that this happens to" - lucky me!! Anyway, all fixed now but only coz I checked!

How do I know if i have received my £5?travelover0

Guess what - I'm 1 in 10,000 too. There seems to be a lot of us!
I've now been given my discount and re-registered apparently. I'm now about to chase them about my dual fuel discounts that don't appear to have been credited either!
I'm beginning to get rather fed up with this.0 -

Sign into your account. Go to View Bill and then choose Payment History - it should be in there as an Account Adjustment.0 -
Never thought to check my dual fuel discount too! Guess where I'm off to!!!!!0

This one isn't as easy to spot. I've been told that it's applied to each electricity bill and not as an annual discount. I can't honestly see how to work out whether or not I've been given it or not.
