How about.
chicken Thighs, parsnips and hunny and mustard sauce (cooked together)
add 300ml veg or chicken stock
2 tablespoons clear hunny
2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
Mix together
Add to browned chicken and parsnips and cook for about 90 mins (not sure how long in a slow cooker, but I am sure someone will know)Well Behaved women seldom make history

I did once ... started with a basic 'white' sauce or roux but & just added chicken stock & honey & whole grain mustard till it tasted the way I wanted .... family were dead impressed but I didnt write down exactly how I did it at the time so sorry its a bit vague ... I do remember I had cooked the chicken pieces then added the white sauce .. then the flavours so once I had the taste it was ready to serve tho....rather than cook it twiceI THINK is a whole sentence, not a replacement for I KnowSupermarket Rebel No 19:T0
