Reclaiming bank charges with Natwest

Last year we unsuccessfully tried to reclaim a lot of money from Natwest. We duly downloaded the necessary template letters and sent these off along with a list of the charges we had incurred. Guess what -no reply. We again sent a letter to Natwest reiterating that we wish to claim and again no reply. Where do we stand now? Do we reclaim again or resent the letter?
