£ 15000 To invest

I have £15,000 to invest ... i am quite happy to tie it up for up to 2 years & do not need access in that period. i am retired & a non taxpayer.
would appreciate any advice Etc.

    You shouldn't be looking to "invest" over such a short period as any downturns in markets would have a detrimental effect on the capital with not much time to recoup.

    Take a look at the best savings rates or fixed rate bonds available on the high street. I'm sure there is a facility on the net if you look hard enough.
