Just managed to grab 12 packs of the confetti at my local store (900 extra points ! ) Will definitely be going back tomorrow to see if they've re-stocked (I did leave a few for others :D ).

Great find so BIG thanks to the OP

Edit: Quickly need to mention that there was NO SEL letting customers know about the extra points !

Well, around here they did have some signs and a few sels, but empty spaces where the confetti etc etc should have been. Same old, same old ....

    Hi Zorber,

    The top post says
Sadly confetti stocks do seem to be a bit patchy, and the press office wouldn't confirm the offer, but we wanted to give you a heads up, just in case.

    Hope that helps

I went to the Martlesham Heath Tesco Extra today and there was no signage about the 75 extra points on the wedding confetti but i asked an employee and she came back and confirmed it. I had the whole stock in my hands (twenty eight packs) and she like starts actually picking them out of my hands!!!

I gave her an incredulous look and she sniffs at me haughtily and says, "well I'll be wanting some!!" at which point I put the rest in my trolley and march off.

She then shouts after me, they won't let you buy more than ten you know! I smile and move on, take a mild detour and head for the self service tills :D

I'm just completing my second transaction when I see her at the customer services desk gesturing in my direction, all eyes are on me but nothing is said or done. I fear I've marked my unblemished card!

Do I care, I think not! :rotfl:

That's why I bought one pack, checked the 75 pts were on the receipt and then went back for the rest  - didn't want the SAs clocking what I was doing ! :D No SEL in my store so not apparent that they were such a good buy - I don't think there are any other MSE'ers locally either (otherwise they'd have all been taken by now I think :p ). Lucky me ! lol :j

there were no 75 points signs at all on the confetti shelf, but managed to get 29 bags of confetti this morning. making 2204 points. still plenty left on shelf. also noticed on same shelf gold and silver streamers , 36 in a pack cost 1.27 with 75 points also. also bought 24 pounds worth of reduced underwear for the wife. used mocs and total bill was only 10 pounds for five complete sets. may have another bash at the confetti tomorrow and use some mocs.
