Club Cantabrica Holidays

I have recently returned from a camping holiday in Blanes with CLUB CANTABRICA. We travelled by coach and ferry and were delayed for 10 hours in a wine warehouse car park in Calais due to a broken windscreen (damaged on the ferry) Initially we were informed that it would take about five hours either to get replacement coach or Volvo company to fit a new windscreen.
For five hours we were without proper toilet facilities as the warehouse toilets closed at 10pm. The Volvo company arrived at just after 3am and took 45 minutes to fit a new windscreen. We then had a nightmare 19 hour journey with just three ten minute breaks and a forty five minute break an hour befor arrival at Blanes. The last break of forty five minutes only took place because the relief driver insisted on a hot meal.
Communication about the status of the problem was extemely poor even the drivers did not seem to know what was going on. Club Cantabrica appeared to have no contingency plans in place for this kind of incident They seemed to care little that there were families with children under five and some senior citizens on board. The entire jorney took some forty hours! (It was not an isolated incident as we heard horror stories about other coaches breaking down with similar delay times.) Has anyone else had poor experiences with CLUB CANTABRICA?
