Got one of those really annoying bank charge letters today.
They paid the item (£12.99) and charged me £35 + a monthly unauthorised O/D charge of £28.
When I went online to check, my account had gone over by 2p
so I rang them to argue it out. I was told twice, no sorry you have to pay as I had succesfully got 3 charges removed last July as goodwill gesture from them. That was their fault anyway Grrr so I persisted calmly but strongly protesting this, and after another confer on the banks part, all of a sudden they about turned and reversed these latest charges.
:T
Now.... to claim my credit card charges back over 6 years
Good luck all.
