In credit with Virgin

I left Virgin about a year ago. As I had T.V, phone and internet with them they used to add a discount to the bill every month. The stupid thing is, they are STILL adding the discount of £7 every month even though we have no other service charges! As a result I'm now in over £70 of credit with them. I have called 4 times to highlight the error, each time they have told me I am no longer a customer so shouldn't receive any more bills etc. What more can I do?!! If they are that incompetent, I'm glad I left!

I'd ask them to send me a cheque.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

It's tempting but what are the chances they'll ask for the money back?0
