If someone living in the UK wanted to buy stocks that are listed on the Toronto Stock exchange, how would they go about doing so?

Any decent UK Stockbroker will be able to trade these for you.
TD Waterhouse (the TD stands for Toronto Dominion Bank) is reasonably cheap and usually obtain good fills
