I need a copy of my support notification from this year (to claim NHS costs back) which i should be able to view on their site under view correspondnace but i cant and dont know what to do. None of the correspondance will load up, its $%^&.

Yes it is.... phone them and waste even more money on their costly phonne number and speak to someone in a scottish accent which you cannot understand

I know what you mean though the website is complete rubbish a 13 year old could code a better website than the student loans company. They should have got the people who built the UCAS system to do it thats a good solid system.0 -
Yes the website isn't that great. I'm glad I don't have to use it any more.
Because I no longer work for the LEA, I'll have to guess about the site!
I think it should appear under correspondence. I then think it was 'notification' as the name of the document but it might not be. You then had to click on GIF which should bring up the document - although sometimes the first page of the document would appear blank and you had to scroll down.
If you call the LEA (as should be cheaper than calling SLC) if that page is working at their end they should be able to re-order a paper copy to be sent out from the SLC. If it isn't working for them either then calling the SLC is the only option unless you send them an online secure message when you are logged in.
