Problems getting equifax report

Sorry not sure if this is posted in the right section. My OH filled in the online request form for his £2 statatory credit report from equifax paying by card which they took the payment from on 12th April, nearly 3 weeks ago. He still hasn't received the report which their website says should be recieved within 7 days. I can't find a way on their website of contacting them to see what's happening.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems or does anyone have a contact email address.
Thanks!

I don't know if this is any use? https://www.econsumer.equifax.co.uk/consumer/uk/sitepage.ehtml?forward=gb_customer_service
Did you try entering "Equifax" into Google, then "contact us" quite easy really and saves others doing it for you!0 -

A little unnecessary, although possibly I'm taking the comment in a way it wasn't intended. That website only offers a postal address or you have to pay to be a member to access the web support. I had spent some time trawling the equifax site prior to posting my original message.0 -
Apologies of it came across as a bit harsh but you failed to mention doing a search of their site in your first post. You did ask for a way of contacting them so I had a look and posted the link! Since when has writing to them not become an option?
However, according to their FAQs a username and password should have been set up during your initial order for the credit report, was this not completed? These are surely what are required to access a contact 'phone number and not to pay extra to become a "member".?0
