Your question is not clear.
Are you self employed and working from home? Do you set aside one room just for business?
Or are you an employee (including a director of your own company) who is required to work from home? Do you set aside one rioom just for business?£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -
a sole trader so i sit in the dinning room and plug away with emails, telephone calls etc. It's not an office as such but just somewhere i sit and do what work i have to do.end the tv tax0

As you don't use a room wholly for business, strictly, you cannot include anything in your accounts. However, as a concession, I'm sure HMRC would overlook a modest weekly amount, say £5 to cover these items.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
