I have a freeview box in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the bedroom is the £32 one from asda and is the best of the two although the other cost £20 more.I'm Glad to be here... At my age I'm glad to be anywhere!!
I'm not losing my hair... I'm getting more head!!0 -
I have two Daewoo Setpal boxes and both work ok on an indoor aerial0

@Hansi and all.
An indoor aerial will not work for everybody. If you live close to the transmitter then there is a good chance that it will work. The other extreme is a high gain antenna with a masthead amplifier for those in weak signal areas.
These digital signals are broadcast at low power. High quality cables are required to preserve the signal intensity and screen it from local interference.

It is all very well freeview and sky but unless you spend a lot more money you cannot watch one programme and tape another as you can do with analogue.0
-
Er you can if you run it through the VCR first, and then watch Terrestial TV0

if freesat takes off do I give up upgrading my tv aerial, because its been mooted that sky might give away their stuff to grab market share or is this a non runner?Peel back your baby's eyelid to find no nationality or religious identity mark there. Peer at your baby's eyes for them to reflect back just people-throw away your flags and religious symbols...0
