Capital One % Balance transfer on TV last night
They said 0% until 2007, did I hear this correctly?
Anyone have any details?

At least 2 threads on MSE already about the deal. Also a complete analysis of it on the stoozing website. It is also on CapitalOne's home page. Bottom line is it is 0% until January 2007, has a 2% BT fee which is UNCAPPED so, for example, BT-ing £10,000 would cost you £200.

How long did you wait, having cancelled card no1, before you applied for card no2?

I cancelled my Cap One Plat card in June, so very interested

Yes, the cards were at different times, but only about 2 months between closing one and applying for the next. You should be fine with re-applying now if your old one was cancelled in June. Cap1 are very good with that ... much better than most who tend to only treat you as a new customer after 6 to 8 months.

I was turned down for Virgin a couple of weeks ago as I still had an MBNA card active. Is it too soon to apply for a CO card then?
As an aside , I had just come to the end of the MBNA 9 month 0% deal and they offered me a further 6 month deal at 0% .
