free Sky+ box

I recently started a thread complaining about Sky offering a 'free' Sky+ box when you introduce a friend. My annoyance was that at no time on any of the 3 telephone calls did they inform me there was a £60 installation fee. I want to point out to people who thought i was expecting to much (!) that under the new Unfair Commercial Practices Directive advertitising something as 'free' when you have to pay anything above the communication charge or p&p costs is automatically deemed as unfair.... A good one to look out for..

To use Sky+ you need a twin LNB on your dish and 2 cables into the back of the box to enable you to record one side and watch another. It also has to registered to use the Sky+ functions.

Did you get a free sky+ box?
If they advertised it as that and you received a free box then what is the problem? Did it say installation included?
