Tuesday 13th May
* Completed properties section on BR forms
* updated record of savings for the renting and going BR - looking on track which is great :j
* no further on selling the car, but as I said to H earlier this evening if they sell, they sell - if not, then the OR will probably take them anyway
* Slightly different help needed though.... I ran a small business from home - selling diet products. I used the money to make up the shortfall in our income, etc and registered for tax last year. It cost me £3,000 in tax last year   and as yet I haven't done my tax return for 2007/08. I ceased trading at the end of March (when we first started looking into our finances, etc) but need to know how to fill this in on the form 6.27 and 6.28.
Any hints or tips please? ThanksGet free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Just experimenting - can you tell I'm a bit bored?!
Wish I was a bit more organised to be honest - am determined to change that in the future!

You sound organised to me! I must admit that although I manage to convince everyone that I am efficient & on top of my workload at work...inside I am a mess!
I should have done a diary thread myself but would be so full of indecision that no-one would be able to keep up!!
Bad day today...I stopped paying my CC`s this month (on CCCS advice) & although no-one has rung yet...feel like I`m waiting for it all to kick off!!
Need to write those `can`t afford to pay...heres £1...sorry!` letters but just feel its all too much!!

Oh babes, sending you some (((HUGS))) - we've started getting the bills in, reminders, etc and it has made me take a huge GULP  The reason I do this diary is to make myself do something every day otherwise I think I would be paralysed!!
How about a mail merge? That would get it over and done with quickly..... :think:Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000

Don`t know how to do mail merge...could do with it...so many letters!!
I have never defaulted on anything ...ever!! always found money from somewhere (hence the mess I`m in) After OH went BR last week I seem to have lost my way...I had intended to try DMP & the BR if that did`nt work but having spoken to CCCS I feel completely lost again!!
I am going to see if I can get into seeing NED CAB who are local to me but told I shall have to wait ages for appointment by which time the bills will be still further in arrears!
Like I say...bad day today...could just sit here & cry but whats the point in that!
Ax0 -
Sometimes a good cry can help you know - clear the head, let it all out, start to see the wood for the trees.....
......I know what you mean about never defaulting on anything - robbing Peter to pay Paul was definitely my way, so ignoring these letters, etc feels alien to me.
What did CCCS actually say to you??Get free advice before embarking on bankruptcy: CCCS 0800 138 1111 National Debtline 0808 808 4000
