Hey folks, this is my 1st post here and I am looking for some help. Its the same old thing - incorrect billing, I receiced a quarter bill from Scottish Power in May 04 for the amount of £5383.12. since then its been a battle to get them to attmit its an error on their part. But after many many many letters, phone calls e mails etc etc I am faced with paying a massive bill. Energywatch seam to have given up on me as well. This is the basics of the situation, beleive me there is so much more thats happened but I dont want to bore anyone with it unless anyone can offer advice.

Ta much

Kenny:confused:

Can you give a few more details on the background OP?

i.e. how did they reach the figure quoted - had they swapped peak/off-peak readings or something?
 I have a poll / discussion on Economy 7 / 10 off-peak usage (as a % or total) and ways to improve it but I'm not allowed to link to it so have a look on the gas/elec forum if you would like to vote or discuss.
