For some reason i have no souund coming from the TV when trying to watch anything on sky?? Normal TV works fine and if i press live pause and then unpress it, i get sound from sky for about 10 mins, then it tells me lack of disk space so cant contine??
Ive tried unplugging box etc, bt still doesnt work.
have emailed sky tv help, but no response and refuse to sit on the line waiting for them to answer costing me a fortune
has anyone any ideas what the problem could be??

Letter from Sky 26th.March....
From 1st.July 2008 calls to Sky Call Centres will be FREE to Sky Talk customers
Now we'll be able to talk nonsense until they put the phone down.:j
Sounds like the disk is full - but I'm not sure why this should affect sound output.
Turn off instant rewind? Delete some old progs?
Can you get sound if you connect via RF or audio outputs?
Dodgy PVR?
Hope this helps0 -
Suggest you change the Scart Lead anyway0

1. Check your Scarts leads, the sound pins are on the end away from the cable and tend to disconnect first if the cable is moved.
If that doesn't work:-
2. Switch the receiver off at the wall, have a cup of tea, switch it back on.0 -
ok i will go off and try these and get back and let u know what happened.
