Soil pipe / roof leak repair

Hello,
When we moved recently our survey noted that there seemed to be penetrating damp at the join between the roof and the soil pipe. (On the photo rain water seems to be trickling down the outside of the pipe). Is this something we can remedy? If so how? If not who would...a roofer?
Thanks,
Ww

It will need a storm coller fitting, any good plumber/roofer will be able to do this.A thankyou is payment enough .0

not a plumber or indeed roofer so take my advice with a pinch of salt,
but we had a simmilar problem, and as the previous poster stated a storm coller is needed, and it was easy to fit, my father in law who is a builder and me an engineer had it fitted in an afternoon (may have been a tea break or two in there as well)
hope it's sorted soon whatever you decide to do0
