Another thought on the Mazda 5, a brand new 2.0d 110bhp TS list price 16275, may be 15300 after discounts, can be had for 50% deposit and 50% on interest free credit over 3 years at Mazda dealers - about £213 a month loan payments. When you take into account no repair bills for 3 years, cheaper earlier services, you start with new tyres and no MOTs the average monthly cost over 36 months of the new one is approximately £45 a month more than the average over 12 months of one of those used examples for £7500.
Can you afford and it is worth £45 a month to you to be a a new car?
Only you can answer that question, but it is interesting to compare what the real costs of the brand new option is compared to used.
If a 2001 Previa Diesel was more sensibly priced used it would be an easier decision to go with it, just far too expensive IMO.0
