80 units a day!

Hello.
I've just had an electricity bill showing that between Feb - April myself and a flatmate averaged 80.3 units of electricity per day!
Our flat is all electic, storage heaters, electric hob/oven etc...
Now, I must admit we've not been as cautious as we should be with what we use, 2 PCs (on for around 4 hours per day on average), the heating has been on a lot etc... but this still seams very high for a 2 person household were we're both at work all day.
The usage shown for this quarter last year was half of our current, at 39.59 units per day and I cannot think how we are using so much more electricity, as none of our appliances or our habits have changed since then.
If anyone has any thoughts or advice they will be greatly received.

Are these ACTUAL (i.e. read by your own eyes) readings or supplier "readings" / estimates?
Somebody left the "boost" on the IH?
