What appalling customer service! I emailed to cancel my son's bike insurance. A week later I phoned as I had received no refund of money. Was told you have to write and enclose the insurance document. (nice of them to reply to the email). So I did (lilke a mug!). Got proof of postage as well. One week later still no communication so I spent my whole lunch hour on their automated service trying to speak to someone. Left holding on till I got a human voice and then HE left me holding on. Now this is for one hour!! Spoke to a lady who left a note on my file with my query, asking CS to call me back. Now do you think I'm gonna wait for the cows to come home for that? Nooooooo. Called again the next day and the girl I spoke to asked me what address I sent the original letter to, I said "the one on your letter head" she said .......... wait for it .......... "we moved 2 weeks go"! Therefore may be a delay with redirection of mail. I said I would send another letter to the correct address, which I did today. WATCH THIS SPACE ..... TO BE CONTINUED ......Their CS stinks!
