I am after some advice, I had some Standing orders with my bank which I canx over a month ago. Last month the Standing order was not paid, so I though great its been done. After checking my account this month I find that the bank have now paid them again, they have advised me this was because the CSA I had spoken with the past month didnt fully canx them.
They have now told me they cant get the money back from the standing orders and I have to cover the cost myself even tho they have told me that they should have been canx the 1st time around and never were
I am after some advised to weather of not this is the case, and if I have a leg to stand on to get this money back.
Anyway any help would be welcome.
