A banker is someone who lends you an umbrella when the sun is shining, and who asks for it back when it start to rain.

Any indication of sizes callansdad ?
22x100mm wallplate 0.40 per mt , 6mt span mono-trusses (triangular shape) will set you back £30-£50 each dependant on height,9mm thick sterling board £8.00 per sheet , 15m2 einforced slaters felt £7.90 ,16x10 new Spanish slates 0.61 each , 16x10 new Welsh slates 1.20 each tradesman £100-£200 per day per man
Ideally you need to speak to at least a couple of tradesmen for their recommendation and guide price . I always try to ask tradesmen who I know have done work for someone I know so I can check beforehand , not only the finished work but whether or not they turn up on time , do what they`re supposed to and charge quoted price !
Hope this helpsI`m now officially too old to die young0 -
Just to add to thehairybuilders post, you should open accounts with all the builders merchants near you and then get the reps to give you the best prices.
We are converting a barn in Cornwall and managed to buy Brazilian slates for 54p by haggling with different merchants. Do you reasearch on the net and then hit the merchants with it. They are very accommodating.0
