Was cooking the dinner last night and suddenly remembered I hadn't started on the bingo and had been home over an hour  - then played every free game until midnight but no luck - never mind fingers crossed for next week. Might have a look at sky too if I'm feeling brave. Was ebaying and doing other stuff like taking in tesco delivery whilst it was playing away for me so don't feel I wasted time - hope your kittens don't get too much of a taste for bingo ;)

Sounds like another busy and productive day in the house of Hypno

    Finally home.......and shattered!!

I had loads of lovely comments from people at the ski club about my hair cut - several saying it took 10 years off me :rotfl: Boy, I must have been looking haggard recently

Off to have a bit of a catch up of the boards now.....hope everyone is having a good evening!

    Happy Saturday everyone!

The weather is supposed to be really good today, so at least I won't get wet while watching the children ski race today. The children, on the other hand, will get very hot - we can't win, can we!!

Still can't get into the snowball calculator to update so may have to revert to the old fashioned "pen and paper" methods  so that I can update my signature - pass me that abacus

I hope everyone has a good day, I will be aiming to spend as little as possible when I am out this weekend - not easy because food and drink over a two day race adds up. I will do my best though!

Have a good day, everyone, and enjoy the sunshine!

    Morning Hypno,

Don't think we are getting much sunshine here, it's looking too cloudy for that...still at least we can still go out.

    Have a good day too.

Sunny here and birdies do sing.
Hot enough to melt the choc. coating on a J.C.......now I'll be accused of blasphemy and taking someone's name in vain.
Happy long weekend to all.(Bank Hol. usually guarantees rain - let's say this one defies convention)

Um, hi hypno, hi all..... y'know, I think I win the "latest welcome to hypno" comp. I'm kind of embarrassed to come back, after disappearing for the whole of April, but can't stay away. I've just read to p7 of the new diary, hypno, its great - but haven't seen any kitten pictures yet, and I *have* to, what page are they on?

Lots of good stuff going on here. I've seen pania's diary too, a little bit. As for me, between two sets of visits away, France and Germany, and almost two weeks ill in between (virus, yuk) I've just been keeping going. Got back from Germany full of energy to a leaking toilet, oh joy, and since then have been on a house maintenance binge, so I'm finally, *finally* logging back on here today. Is it still okay for me to come in please?

I've been wondering about starting a new diary myself, not cos of the number of pages but cos of the gap, and new thought processes going on, new ideas around. Hypno, it sounds like you're starting your new job immediately after the bank holiday, is that right?

Hope hypno and all posters and lurkers and all have a great day.

Hi all and welcome back Karma :hello:

Lovely and sunny here, just about to get out in it for most of the day :)

Hope the kids have a good skiing weekend Hypno - oh and if you get fed up with the Abacus there's always EagerLearner's spreadsheet on here, it has a bit which does similar to snowball.

Right must get moving :j Have a good day x

Oh! I was hoping to see a reaction to my post here, and when I did I started tearing up! I've really missed you guys....

I'm just closing down now, the bank holiday is calling, but I'll be back later on.

    Hugs and kisses.
