Hyp,dont know if this may help your food budget, I just saw it on quidco thread ...

Go to Abel and Cole on quidco, you get 10.00 for placing an order and can order a fruit / veg box etc for 10.95, so effectively 95p for a box of organic fruit and veg ;):D

Ooh I didn't realise Abel & Cole were on Quidco. I looooovvve Abel & Cole! (Is that really sad?!)

I have a just had a look and I think it said 5% for subsequent orders - I wonder if it works for existing account holders.

Now.....about that woodpigeon, ali.........is there going to be plenty to go around

Chuck in some loaves & I reckon it would do 5,000 :o. Had to take the roof off bird table cos he kept going in under it & I was afraid he'd get stuck & next door's cat would get him .

Maybe pigeon pie.... or pigeon, bacon & black pudding salad.... or pigeon with apricot & mushroom stuffing....or casseroled with apples & prunes... or... oooohhh, hungry now mmmm :D

    A & C don't deliver where I live either .

Hypno, that would be the bit of Norwich my DD lives in then :o

I have added my name to the list to ask Abel & Cole to tell me when they start delivering here......see if quidco are still doing their "thing" if/when that happens.

ali.....most of Norwich is fab.....like all cities it has its *ahem* less desirable areas.....but I NEVER GO THERE  I am a complete snob.....and if you saw the road I have spent my whole life working towards living on, you would either go "not a chance mate, give up now" or completely understand my drive to get debt free :o

    Today I need a list.....
    • take postal order to bank
    • do online banking and update list of "bills to be paid"
    • buy fruit (forgot in the Tesco order - but is ok because bill only came to £46 inc delivery :D )
    • free b!ngo
    • check for new mystery shops (picked one up yesterday - for September!)
    • make meal plan for coming week
    • stick to meal plan - corned beef hash tonight :D
    • go to work......and come home again!
Anyway, Mr T delivered last night - £46.33 including delivery so I was very happy with that - although I forgot to buy fruit so have to go on the market and pick some up today....but I will still be within budget so that is ok.

The weekend after next I have a mystery shop to do which is very close to a lidl (we don't have one near us) so will try and make this delivery last until then and will visit lidl then.........

Have a good day everyone - enjoy the sunshine, and don't forget the sunscreen x
