You are doing really well and you're not on your own this week..is it Duchy or Pania that is with you?0
-
Pania will be with me - so that will be fine and one of the children normally helps out too which is good. Even if I only make £20, it is £20 that I wouldn't have otherwise had.
This weekend is the weekend that my final loan payment for the tesco loan comes out of the bank - I am very much looking forward to updating my snowball over the next few days!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. Morning
Have a good day - love the list Hypno !!!! I was going to do a car boot sale this weekend but no-one is around to help, so will have to postpone it. I've about 1000 books to sell - have listed some on Amazon but they haven;t moved at all.
Anyway - its sunny here again today and this evening it is the A level art exhibition at DD school which is always really good. It will be great to see her stuff in real life rather than in progress and on mobile phone!
have a good day0 -
- avoid pigeons love it, love it, love it.
- go to the bank me too, today.
- online banking I do enjoy fiddling about with money on the net, actually.
- mystery shopping am really getting into the phone things after hearing what you were doing with this.
- see if free bet credited am v bad at checking what I've done.
- start getting ready for car boot at the weekend no way Jose, for me, but GL GL GL!
I did quite a bit of free bingo yesterday too, haven't checked yet to see if I won. Yesterday evening, I was doing yet more work on the patio, and, praise be, starting on access to the next level of the garden (when I say its overgrown, I *really* mean it :rotfl: ) then sank into a hot bath, lovely.
Reading through what you were doing at the same time - yuk to the poo, yep, I'll vote that way, thanks very much, but glad it "helped" a cheque your way :rolleyes:2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
All yesterdays "extra" cash has been paid off the egg card.....taking my total repaid this year to £10,000 :j Half way to my Christmas Challenge :T
Enjoy the art exhibition, surfbabe, and sounds like good progress being made in the garden, KC.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -
Gi Hypno!!! And yay on paying off a debt. Woohoo!!!
Am going to have to read back to find out about this poo thing. Hmm - making money out of pigeon guano. Intriguing....is there any level we won't stoop to?
GL for car boot - they scare me, the way people mob your car as soon as you open the boot. Last time we did one it was still dark, and these people turned up out the gloom with torches and scared the living guano out of me. Didn;t help that we'd been playing zombie games the previous night.....So make loads of money ut of straw donkeys and 'handmade' ashtrays! This year I'm getting organised once and for all, and going to buy a house with my wonderful other half. And that' s final!
Current Pay Off Target : £1500 :mad:0 -
Well done for paying off £10,000 :j:j:j
And I don't know about everyone else, but I'll be going out of my way to walk under pigeons today :rotfl:Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Handy hint for anyone going pigeon-poo stalking.....have a spare set of clothes with you.....I had to dive into Primark to buy something to change into as I was covered with poo and couldn't go to the karate job in that state!! So I have to take £6 "expenses" off the whole profit!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Hypno! omigod, you're on track for the £20k challenge! I can hardly believe it, but its true, after all, we *know* the level of energy you put into debtbusting. Fantastically well done! Many, many congratulations! :T :T :A :T :T
OTOH..... Pania hasn't been on since she had dinner with you last night.... I wonder if you've taken moneysaving too far and accidentally turned her into steaks or something :rotfl:2023: the year I get to buy a car0
