Hypno's "bursting with energy" diary.......

Wow - am tired just looking at that lot. Will get my list up soon!0

Not done a lot so far......but I have emailed a guy asking for him to point me in the right direction for a "model engineering" exhibition where I might be able to take a stall and sell Dad's magazines. We have boxes and boxes of them.....lots of them are bound into "volumes" others are loose, but listing them all individually on ebay is a nightmare. We did sell a few of the earlier editions on ebay, and they went to the States. So I would hope that if I paid for a stand at an exhibition, I would make enough to cover costs, make bit of profit, and clear some space!
However, I have been unable to find such an exhibition - I know they exist, because Dad used to go to them!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

Good morning,
The weather isn't nice here either.
Just looked into the ipoints and mysupermarket thing a bit more. Ipoints are still pretty pathetic, it takes over 7000 points to get a £30 voucher, but it's not that much hassle to go via them to mysupermarket. Mysupermarket was actually very good, the swaps bit where it recommends cheaper alternatives does seem to work well.
For the Tesco deliveries are you saying no to bags, you get green points for doing that.0 -
Yes, we try and do without bags both in and out of the store. Every little helps!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Just looked at mysupermarket again, and discovered you don't have to click thru from ipoints site, you just need to register your ipoints account details on the mysupermarket site and they credit the points to your ipoints account.
well worth a look then! Thank you!!
I have made a start.........got one book listed on Amazon!
OH has found two free cinema tickets he was given for taking part in a radio interview, so he is going with DS to see Indiana Jones.....they are going to make popcorn to take in with them, so hopefully a free trip out for them, barring the cost of petrol.

Thats a good one. If you can get it as an existing Tesco customer, it makes it worthwhile trying to get other ipoints. Thanks se999.2023: the year I get to buy a car0
