Credit Score Reject

First time I have ever been rejected by Tesco phoned them they said it was to do with my credit score - I do have two cards with nothing on them that I have not closed down yet - any chance its this.

My electoral roll address is my flat which is a second home could that cause an issue - dont think so particulary as have applied for other cards at my current address with no issue. I have applied for my report from Experian should I apply anywhere else and what can I do to upgrade my score

I think Tesco use Equifax so might be worth getting you report from them as well ..

They were the only ones that ever turned me down and I got out of them that it was because I had loads of unused credit..which I did so they told me the truth.

Teso turned me down too and have read many many posts off other people saying the same.
