Can you get these concrete blocks at all

I have a small area where you can plant some plants in. It isnt very deep just one concrete block width and we want to increase the height by another concrete block width to put a fushia/bedding plants in. Can you still get these or will I have to replace the whole lot and start with some new blocks?
