Art Canvases Wholesale Prices

Hiya,

I am a partime artist (when the kids are asleep!):D Im after art canvases, ones stapled at the back rather then the sides. Currently i buy them from my £/discount shop (i asked the dude where he gets his canvases from but obviously he didnt tell me!):mad:

I want to buy in bulk but wholesale price, anyone know from where? Like i said i buy most for a £1 very good qualtiy ones, ive seen a couple of wholesalers but they charge more then the £1 shops!:eek:

plz help. im planning on doing a free art workshop, so i really need em cheap!:D

Sounds very cheap. Thought Matalan was cheap at £2 a canvas!

Au Naturale do 4 for £4 so £1 each as well but i wanna know they get from.... coz im sure they're getting it for less then half that amount

Also an artist, I've also thought about sourcing the poundshop canvases to buy in bulk - which are fine for practice and small commissions. They just have a PO Box address for the "impressionist" range suppliers but I didn't pursue it. Couldn't find anything on the web for them either.
