UK Business, Living in US - Tax etc?

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone could advise me on my best option. I have my own limited company registered in England&Wales, but I will soon be moving to live in the USA. The business is digital and all work is completed remotely, so I will still have customers in the UK & Europe.
Would it be best, from a tax point of view, to register the company in the US and cease registration in the UK? Or will there be concessions as the work will be completed outside of the UK? I have no employees other than myself.
Any and all advice welcomed!

You need to ask this in a forum where someone knows something about US company tax.
For you personally, as an employee of the company, you would be liable to US income tax.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0 -
I would suggest you see a tax specialist that's familar with both UK and US tax laws. However there's a tax treaty in place so you'll only be taxed once.0

You have not said what visa you will have as this impacts on your US tax position.
It is unlikely that a Controlled Foreign Corporation will be tax efficient for a US resident; nor that this is the best answer...0
