Lumps, bumps and funny skin?

Quite an odd post really but i will try and explain it as best i can
I have a small lump around my colar bone, about a cm above it, painless, no real shape to it and the surrounding tissue feels a bit denser than normal - no redness or bruising
I have the same behind my knee and around my bikini line area, one very small (were talking grain of rice size) thing on my chin too
My face has errupted in this strange rash/odd complexion - i have quite sensetiv skin so prone to redness but i have sort of white patches and bumps all over?
It really is bizarre.
I went to the docs but he says given the size he really doesn't think there is anything for concern, i have KP (keratosis pilliaris) on my arms anyway but
he just said maybe its connected and come back again if it gets worse.
Does anyone know what this is?

MEDICAL ADVICE
Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this: Sorry, giving or asking for medical advice is not permitted on this forum as it’s not what this site is about. While discussing medical insurance policies, cheaper ways to see consultants, cashback for alternative health treatments and how to get specific medication cheaper (legally) are all perfectly acceptable we ask you specifically not to discuss what to do in the event of certain medical problems (please see this rule on the Health Board). If you have any questions about this policy please email abuse@moneysavingexpert.com.Signature removed for peace of mind0
