Does anyone have any experience of taking complaints to Energywatch good or bad, would love to hear?

put E4B into the search and click there is quite a bit, if not what you are looking for they are ok to ask.

I've dealt with them over a complaint I was dealing with for my mum, to cut a long story short after many calls to British gas trying to find out why they were refusing to let her switch back to Scottish power I phoned Energywatch, they took a record of the complaint and gave me a reference number then put me through to someone at British gas that deals with complaints from Energywatch, he got the problem sorted within a couple of weeks (it was a problem with the records showing my mum had an Eco 7 meter when she didnt)

I'd go straight to Energywatch next time I have any difficulties with a supplier as it seems they will put you through to someone that will deal with your problem and not try and fob you off (like you would get if you called the company yourself)
